OVERVIEW

This website is operated by Yagee. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Yagee. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

SECTION 1 - BESPOKE & CUSTOMIZED GOODS (CHILDREN’S BOOKS)

Yagee provides highly personalized 1:1 bespoke children’s books. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • 1:1 Identity Rendering: We use self-optimized AI models to capture your child’s likeness based on the photos provided. While we strive for a "True 1:1 Likeness," final artistic interpretations and stylistic choices may vary.
  • Narrative Integrity: Our "Name Meaning" stories are architected from scratch. We do not use generic templates. Our creative team and Children’s Book Specialists maintain final editorial control over the storytelling and educational value.
  • Human-Led Process: Current AI cannot fully automate a bespoke book. We leverage AI to enhance drawing efficiency and reduce costs, but our human team writes and reviews every page to ensure consistency and quality.

SECTION 2 - PHYSICAL PRODUCTS (DESKTOP & GEL BLASTERS)

  • Product Accuracy: We strive to display the colors and images of our desktop accessories and gel blaster products as accurately as possible. We cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be 100% accurate.
  • Gel Blaster Compliance: By purchasing a Gel Blaster, you certify that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and that the possession/use of such items complies with your local and national laws. Yagee is not responsible for any legal issues, seizures, or misuse arising from the purchase of these items.

SECTION 3 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. For bespoke books, you are responsible for providing high-quality photos and accurate name spellings. We are not liable for production errors resulting from blurred images or typos provided by the customer.

SECTION 4 - MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

SECTION 5 - FINAL SALE & REFUND POLICY

  • Bespoke Items (Books): Due to the highly customized nature of our 1:1 books (unique portraits and plots), all sales are final. Once the design process begins (24 hours after order placement), we do not accept cancellations or refunds.
  • Standard Items (Desktop/Gel Blasters): Refunds are only applicable for manufacturing defects reported within 7 days of delivery. Wear and tear or "change of mind" are not eligible for returns.

SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • Ownership: Yagee retains all copyrights to the original stories, character styles, and product designs featured in our books and collections.
  • Usage: Your purchase grants you a non-transferable, personal license to the bespoke book. Commercial reproduction or resale of Yagee content is strictly prohibited.
  • Image Rights: By uploading photos, you grant Yagee a limited license to process and transform those images solely for the purpose of fulfilling your bespoke order.

SECTION 7 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Yagee shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation, those arising from the use of our Gel Blaster products or the creative interpretation of our AI-assisted bespoke books.
