Thanks for shopping at Yagee. We strive for your complete satisfaction. Please review our specific policies for Bespoke Books and Physical Products below.


1. BESPOKE 1:1 CHILDREN’S BOOKS (THE GROWTH YEAR)

Due to the highly personalized nature of our 1:1 bespoke books (including unique name meanings and custom AI-rendered portraits), these items are FINAL SALE.

  • No Cancellations: Once the production process begins (24 hours after order placement), we cannot cancel or refund the order.
  • No Returns/Refunds: Since each book is uniquely architected for your child, it cannot be resold. We do not accept returns for "change of mind."
  • Replacement Policy: If your book arrives with physical manufacturing defects (e.g., torn pages, binding issues, or printing errors), please contact us within 5 business days of delivery with photos, and we will ship a replacement free of charge.

2. PHYSICAL PRODUCTS (DESKTOP ACCESSORIES & GEL BLASTERS)

Standard physical products are covered by our 90-Day Warranty & Return Policy starting from the date of delivery.

A. 14-Day "Change of Mind" Window

If you change your mind within the first 14 days, you may return products in brand-new, unopened, and unused condition. We will provide a return shipping label. A 15% restocking fee may apply to opened items.

B. 90-Day Warranty Coverage

If a product proves to be defective within 90 days, it is eligible for repair, exchange, or store credit after inspection by our technicians.

C. What Voids Your Warranty (Gel Blasters):

  • Attempting to disassemble, upgrade, repair, or alter the product in any way.
  • Removal of the orange tip, safety labels, or any state-compliant markings (e.g., California SB199 markings).
  • External damage, "wear and tear,"
