SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

At Yagee, we offer a diverse range of products from bespoke children's books to designer desktop accessories and gel blasters. Please review our shipping guidelines carefully as they vary by product type.

1. SHIPPING SERVICES & ESTIMATES

Service Estimated Delivery (Transit Time)
Standard Shipping 3-7 Business Days
Expedited Shipping 2-3 Business Days (Not available for orders with Li-ion batteries)
International Shipping 10-15 Business Days

*Note: Delivery windows refer to transit time only and do not include order processing or bespoke production time.

2. ORDER PROCESSING & PRODUCTION TIME

  • Bespoke Children’s Books: Every book is a 1:1 custom creation. Please allow 3-5 business days for our team to architect the story, render the likeness, and perform specialist reviews before shipping.
  • Standard Items (Desktop & Gel Blasters): Orders typically process within 1 business day.
  • Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 12:00 PM CST will begin processing the following business day.

3. BATTERY & SAFETY RESTRICTIONS (GEL BLASTERS)

  • LiPO/Li-ION Batteries: Due to federal aviation regulations, orders containing batteries cannot be shipped via Expedited (Air) services. These will be downgraded to Ground shipping automatically.
  • California SB199 Compliance: All Gel Blasters shipped to California will be outfitted with required safety markings (blaze orange muzzles and fluorescent bands) to comply with state law. It is the customer's responsibility to maintain these markings.

4. SHIPPING CARRIERS & TRACKING

We ship via UPS, FedEx, USPS, or DHL. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update on the carrier's website.

5. SHIPPING DAMAGE & LOST PACKAGES

  • Shipping Damage: Must be reported within 5 business days of delivery. Please keep all original packaging and provide clear photos of the damage to facilitate a claim.
  • Lost Packages: If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received the item, notify us within 5 business days. We cannot be held responsible for stolen packages (mail theft) once a successful delivery is confirmed by the carrier.
  • Missing Items: Please report any missing items within 48 hours of receipt.

6. UNDELIVERABLE & REFUSED PACKAGES

It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address. Packages returned to us due to an incorrect address or refusal at delivery will incur a return shipping fee, which will be deducted from any applicable refund.
